Default Rubicoil or Bind It All??

Rubicoil, Bind It All or do you have an Other? If you have more than one binding machine, which do you use the most? Where and at what price did you get yours? Please post a thread if you found a great bargain purchase!! TIA!

I got my Bind it All from HSN and used a 10% off coupon code. I've only used a couple times, so still getting used to it. I bound my new SU Spring-Summer Collection 2008.

I love the price I got for it.. and the size... very compact, and yet you can bind full sheets of paper for calendars.. or little coaters! Very easy to use as well.

Good luck making a decision!

I have a BIA but was thinking a Rubicoil looked nice for school use. I think the kids would get a kick out of having a way to bind their portfolios and such. They seem super expensive, though. I would be interested to hear other's thoughts on that machine.

Default rubicoil or bind it all

I have the rubicoil and I love it! It does cost more but I did a lot of research when I got it (a few years ago) and it was the best deal for what I wanted it to do. I like the spiral binding, and didn't like the "comb" and other types that were out. The coils are reasonably priced and very sturdy - even when kids handle them, and that's what I was looking for. I also just didn't like the look of the other bindings - they seemed to bulky to me. This site:

ok, I just got a message that said I can't post a url because I haven't posted three times....so...will try this: bonniesbest.com without the spaces, of course

sells the rubicoil and the bind it all and she has GREAT customer service - I don't personally know her, have just ordered from her. She will answer any questions that you have - just email her. HTH

You don't have a place to vote for both. I have had my rubicoil for a couple of years and just ordered the bind it all. I use my rubi quite a bit. I want to do more stuff with chipboard. It totally depends on the look you are going for as well. I use my rubi and my laminator and spiral bind my own catalogs. I paid office max to ruin a catalog a couple of years ago. They did reimburse me but it was so upsetting that I am not going there again. I know it will be done right if I do it. Sure it takes a little time, but it is well worth it. I am so excited to get the bind it all to. The wire look is way hot and I can do lots with it. Get em both!

I bought my BIA last March, and I have used it a *lot*! I have bound my SU catalog, scrapbooks, coloring books, music, my designer paper samples, coasters, calendars, etc. I bought it because it was affordable (Approx $60) and took up so *little* space! It paid for itself within about 3 months with projects for my classes. I like being able to bind so many different materials so inexpensively.
