Question about scalloped circle punch

After saying in another thread that I do not follow trends, I did finally decide that I want to put the "scalloped" look on my cards. I'm going to order the SU scalloped circle punch, but was wondering if this punch can be layered with the Marvy giga and mega and whatever other size I decide to get. I've read where the scallop shapes are a little different and I'm wondering if they can work together or not. Sorry if this has already been addressed here, I did a quick search on the forums and couldn't find the answer to this question.

They don't look like they would coordinate very well.....

I personally like the style of Marvy's punches better. they seem to have softer scallops and I like that.
