New In Colors Matched to Tombow Markers

Tonight I figured out which Tombow markers go with the new In Colors.

Blue Bayou= Tombow #368
River Rock= Tombow #027
Pomegranite= Tombow #757
Wild Wasabi= Tombow #158
Groovy Guava= Tombow #913
Soft Sky= Tombow #350

I hope this helps you. I did this last year with the In Colors and it was great. I wish SU would put out matching markers and brads with the In Colors but I'm glad I have Tombows. If you need last years matches...let me know.

Here is what I came up with for last years In Colors.

Marigold Morning= Tombow #985
Cranberry Crisp= Tombow #837
Buck. Blue= Tombow #528
True Thyme= Tombow #N57
Cool Caribbean= Tombow #371 (my personal favorite)

I found no match in my stash for the Vintage Violet. It was an odd shade.

If anyone finds a close match for the violet, I would love to know it.

Does anyone have a list of all the Tombow Markers (number and color)? Just got back from the Stamp Convention in Cincinnati and bought my first Tombow Markers.

I too like having a color chart of the Tombow Markers. I purchased at my local Stamp store. And all the information that they had was the Item #.

I wanted to know what color I was using. So this has been Super helpful for me.

Heidi you can purchase Tombow Markers at your local Scrapbook or stamp store.. or Joannes, The Angel Company (TAC) sells two different sets.

You can purchase them in set's or one at a time.

I looked at the price of SU markers and just couldn't justify them. After reading lots of posts regarding markers, I decided on the Tombows. Got 3 sets of 10 each. Earth, Pastels, & Brights. $17 per set from Penwa.com and free shipping over $50. Since this came to $51, I got the free shipping. I think this was a pretty good deal.:rolleyes:
