Default paper keeper?

What are those folder type items called that are open at the top and have the string closure? I am trying to find some and don't know what they are called to do a search for them. They hold 8 1/2 x 11 paper and are pleated on the sides and bottom to expand a little. Anyone know what I am talking about?

I am not sure what they are called, but if you have a Michaels in your area, they have the 12 x 12 on sale this week for $1 a piece. Not sure about the 8 1/2 x 11 size.
