I need to buy square envelopes and need an online store to buy them from. I don't need a huge amount of envelopes and would also like the shipping to be resonable. Any and all suggestions appreciated!
www.Marcopaper.com has $3.95 shipping for orders up to $10. HERE is the page for the square envelopes, HERE is the page for the shipping prices (scroll down).
Marcos has always given me excellent service. Hope this helps! :-D
CutCardstock has all sorts of envelopes. Every size you could need/want along with great service! There is a sale now on their 6.5 inch envelopes. They are great, and it's where I just got my huge box of envelopes from.

How many is a "not huge" number? When I need specialty envies, I go to Frank Parson's Express, a warehouse paper distributor near my house. They sell in boxes of 250 -- not so many that you'd never use them all, but enough that you don't go through them too quickly when you've got a large-scale project!

I also use Marco's. They are the nicest people and the customer service is top notch. I get all my square envelopes from them, along with some of my invitation size.
