Default Can I use SU Craft ink on Classic pads???

I found a lot of 5 refills on Ebay..some classic, some craft. Would it be OK to use the craft ink on my classic inkpads??

No! Classic ink pads are a die ink. Craft ink pads are pigment ink. Two totally different formulas that don't mix well together. Sorry....

Default NOOOOO...

NOOOOO...it would RUIN your ink pads...The inks are TOTALLY different and the pads that hold the ink are made out of different materials for the different types of ink...The Craft Ink Pads are made out of a spongy like Material and the Dye Ink Pads are made out of a Cotton based material...

You can get the empty craft pads from SU, or I think there is a site online that sells empty spots and such. Can't remember the name so maybe someone will jump in and help out with that...I know it had gourds in the name....

Welburn gourd farm. But they don't carry the cubes that are suitable anymore.

But they are also available here:
Ranger Cut 'n Dry, dry ink pads
