I've been getting my Penny Black stamps from BJ's Stamp Store N More or her Ebay site for almost a year now. She's fantastic! If you order from her website I believe she offers free shipping over $50. No affiliation, just a very happy customer. :mrgreen:

What used to be HM Stamps split into two, and Dick now does just Penny Black - http://www.hmstamps.com/Welcome.htm. He also has a scheme where he can order old retired stamps from Penny Black, though some of them don't have the stickers on the block. I've had excellent service.

Another vote for Dick at HMstamps. He's great to work with. I love my Penny Blacks!

7kidscollegefund might have them too...They give awesome service and are such a delight to work with.

i only see the clear ones out there, are the wood ones not being made anymore?

I believe that all of the vendors we've listed sell both the wood mounted and clear.
