Smile Shaker pouches for shaker cards?

Does anyone know where else I can get the Shaker pouches besides Impression Obsession? They sell them 10 for $5.00. Not to sound cheap but is there a better price out there somewhere? I love shaker cards but they take so much time using the traditional way! These look like they would be great. Thank You!

Just do a search on line for making shaker cards. There are so many being done these days by different people just using things like acetate and double sided foam tape or cutting thin foam sheets and using the clear panel from packaging on items. Cutting out your front panel using dies. If you do a search on google image you can see the different cards that have been done then follow the link. Lots of people do step by step tutorials.

I have a Sizzix (original) die that is a little shaker box. You might want to check them out.

If saving time is the key factor for you, I think the pouches are worth the money. They are so easy to use, and no worries of cutting and piecing the foam, or filler leaking out.

Stampin' Up has some shaker frames that are the dimensional foam, adhesive on both sides. Six different sizes of circles, and six of each...all for $4.95. You would attach to cardstock and then top with acetate sheet.

I just use dimensional tape and acetate. Sometimes that gets a bit tricky.

How you do shakers depends a bit on what sizes and shapes you're thinking of...and how often you intend to make them! ;)

Thank you everyone. I went ahead and ordered from Impression Obsession. The ones in the SU catalog were so very small that I didn't think I could use them for anything. I also was surprised to find out that the owner actually designed them!

I actually have made them using just one (or two) pieces of acetate. If you use redline tape all around you'll find there will be enough room in the middle for the pieces to shake around, if you're using something flattish like sequins or glitter.
