Default Over-saturated Distress Oxide Inks

I have several Distress Oxide inks that seem to be leaking ink. I have never re-inked them, they just came that way. The trough in the container is filled with ink. Is there a leak in the area where the pad is attached or what? Anyone ever have that problem? I couldn't use one today because when I turned it upside down to ink the stamp, ink just poured all over. Thanks for any help. I have not written to the manufacturer yet.

I think it's defective. It shouldn't do that. I would contact Ranger and let them know that you would like either a refund or a replacement. Be prepared to send detailed pictured. Sometimes their customer service is less than stellar, but sometimes it's good. I hope you get things resolved quickly.

I haven't had this problem. I think I would contact them. I only had one ink pad "Mustard Seed" that wasn't right - it was more blotchy and never inked right but I just a bought a new one on sale and threw that one away. Haven't had a problem with the new one.
