Cinch Question: Bind before you decorate pages?

Hi,

for you experts out there, i have a question. Is it recommended to bind your mini book first and then decorate/embellish your pages. Or, decorate/embellish your pages first then bind them?

Does it make a difference?

I'm no expert but I'm working on (nearly done) two albums for my grandson and his little brother. I created all my pages first (covered cereal/cracker boxes with DP) then put them together. I'm adding photos and embellishing now.
