Default I need some Cuttlebug help lol

I just got a Cuttlebug for Christmas and I'm trying to figure out if I'll be able to buy Sizzix XL Dies or Bigz dies and the Accucut Pocket/Envelope dies. When I read the Cuttlebug FAQ thread everyone was saying that they need extended plates. Is the extended plate the same thing as the C plate? And if so do the XL dies and Bigz dies work in the Cuttlebug? What are some of your favorite dies? I'm trying to compile a list of dies that I'd like to try out.

You're welcome! I know some people will say you don't need the long plates, but I find using them with my long/strip dies makes cutting so much easier.
