Too bad my Michael's never have any new ones... What is THAT about!!??
Jeez, no kidding! The CB, Sizzix, and stamping sections at the older Michael's in my area haven't been updated in at least a year. They never did get the new CB holiday folders or the new folder/die combos. And they're at least 6 months behind with the Cricut cartridges, too.
The new Michaels is a little more current with their stamps and Sizzix, but not in the CB area.
I *think* I remembered which online store sent me an email about them so I have emailed them in hope I can find something out. I will let you all know when I get a reply.
I will probably not be purchasing any more cuttlebug folders as I like to see a few cards at craft shows...not very many but from one of the other posts I understand this is against their angel policy. Looks like they will be cutting their nose off to spite their face. Oh well, it will be more money for other supplies!

I will probably not be buying anymore CB for this reason. I just ordered a set of the new folders from SU and will use them if I want to sell something. If you are looking for CB folders and have a Cord Camera Scrapbooking store in your area check them out CB is 30% off everyday and they have newer than M's and more selection.
I contacted Christine at All That Scraps and she sent me this:
They are previewing them at CHA. But they are being very quiet about the new folders. I was told by my Provo Craft Rep that it is their best release to date.
So it looks like we are going to have to wait a little longer!

The link didnt work for me. So does this mean if you want to sell cards you can't use their products in the making of them? Anyone else have that policy? That's a bummer!

I would also like to hear more about this policy - I couldn't get the link above to work either.
I was able to open the link okay but you can also go to Provo Craft and look up the Angel Policy that way. I found the thread with the link a couple of threads up under "Cuttlebug and Angel Policy" Hope this helps.
hi girls!
i am leaving for cha in the morning - i will see what i can find out - you can also check my blog or PM me ( i figure it will be busy and i might forget so remind me!!!) my cuttlebug connection is staying with me so i know she will be getting the scoop on them asap once cha starts.
The whole reason I bought my Big Kick was because of the cuttlebug folders - I can't wait to see the new ones....but I too wish their angel policy allowed more.
I wish they would come out with a poinsettia. Either small like the snowflake and ornament or a large folder like the holly. I love them all. The angel policy doesn't bother me because I don't sell any of my cards.
AC Moore usually has a better selection than Michael's in my area.
DITTO in my area. HL and ACM always have a better selection of CB eb folders and dies. And HL is the only local place I can find Nesties! Wonder why Michael's hasn't got on board with this?

Hokey Smokes, loving on those! And Quickcutz Angel policy is unbelievably less restrictive than ProvoCrafts, which makes these even more wantable.

I have never seen these before. Are they designed like the cuttlebug folders??? I liked them too!
The email I got from Scrapyland says:
"There is also a brand new line of Embossing Folders which come in 2x2, A2 size, and borders. These are plastic folders similar to other brands already in the market. These are not shipping until April but we are taking pre-orders."
Sounds the same to me!

Quickutz does have a completely fair policy!! I wish all companies would adopt a similar one. QK even says that though they don't allow the mass resale of die-cut items, they will make exception for those who do a few for friends or people who cannot afford the system. What a way to keep a great customer base!
