Short answer:
You want premier and they are at Michaels, use a coupon.
Long answer:
Primier: Artist grade creamy rich colored pencil, great for shading with or without "magic colored pencil" type technique.
verithin: has a really hard lead so it sharpens to a teensy point, but I felt didn't give nice rich color so I don't like them, some folks do though, they are a specialty one though
Lightfast: are for artists when the art will be exposed to light. You don't need that for cardmaking, the normal ones are lightfast enough for general use.
Watercolor are totally different, they are watercolor paint, in a pencil, so you can use them with water and a paint brush or even a blender pen, but they are not at all like normal pencils (they are quite nice though)
Scholar are student grade and just generally not as nice, they have less pigment per binder.
This whole pigment vs. binder is why prismacolor are nice in the first place, there is a lot more pigment per wax in them, so you get really rich almost creamy color with them as opposed to a kid's pencil which is lighter and waxier.
