Default Spellbinder Die ~ Ribbon Tag Trio Two

Hi everyone. I am hoping you may be able to help me out.
I have purchased the above named set. I just ran it through my cuttlebug, and ... pooo!!!! Yes, Poo! That's what I said when i saw my image.
One of the dies is a rectangle with decorative corners. But, the corners don't cut out. There isn't even the ridge on them for them to cut.
So...how do you make it be decorative.
I have attached what the tag looks like. Maybe someone can help me out.
I am totally bummed right now.

The one I am speaking of is the one in the second column the top die.

thanks so much.

I don't have this particular set, but I do have a lot of the Spellbinders dies.

I looked at the picture of this set, and I think the only part that actually punches out the paper is the part shown in white - or the part that you thread your ribbon through.

The other decorative details aren't meant to be cut out with the die, but they will show up when you "emboss" the die cut.

Do you have the tan embossing mat to use with your dies?

Here is a short video showing the sandwich you use in the Cuttlebug to emboss your Spellbinders die cut:
