Missing SU markers?
 

When SU redid their colors, they offered a kit with new markers and an insert. I got it and I think it had 13 new colors. However, it was missing a few of the new colors (NOT in-colors) like melon mambo and rich razzleberry. Why? Should I just buy the missing ones a la carte?

Melon Mambo and Rich Razzleberry were old in colors that came back. They already had markers for those colors. I believe they were the first In Colors to have markers. Yes, I say buy them a la carte.
