Is there such thing as a scallop blade that can be used with either a paper trimmer or in a hand held roatery cutter? I keep looking but can't find one and even though I have scissors that will work, it just doesn't look as clean. I hate paying the amount of $$ they want for paper that is pre-cut
I use a scallop blade in both the Fiskars paper trimmer and in an Olfa rotary cutter handle. But I bought them several years ago.
My suggestion would be to go to a place like Joann's where they sell both sewing supplies and crafting supplies. Then compare the "slots" in the middle of the replacement blades to see if they match.
If you have a slit punch from SU you can make your own scallop edge on your paper. If you do a search I know there have been a couple tutorials on the subject lately.

I second this. I have the corner rounder punch which can also be used (although the scallops don't come out as big and chunky) - you just have to take off the little paper guide and you can use that punch to do it. I was bummed that I didn't invest in the slit punch for this very reason! Oh well, I'm having a SU party this weekend so it will be on my list!
Keep in mind that if you use the slit punch for scallops, you will only end up with a strip of paper with scallops on one side. You wouldn't be able to scallop the bottom edge of a card. To do that would require the corner rounder punch.
Thank you so much for posting the tutorial links! I was hoping to avoid buying another corner rounder because I have the CM one but looks like I need both the slit and rounder now!!! I will start with the slit this month!
After wearing out my slot punch making scallopped edges I went searching and found that the Cutterpede paper cutter has a Scallop blade - I love it!!!!
Also found a good pair of Fiskars scissors that cuts a big scallop, but the Cutterpede is easier for a long piece.
