I'm not sure if this helps or not.. I googled up how to do the end caps with cricut expression and this came up.. it's a post on the cricut message board and has pictures to show how-to. I have a CE, but have never tried the end caps.

hope it helps. Pam

I have the baby cricut it came with george and basic shapes, are you trying to add two different buttons to make the scalloped ended tag, as in weld them?
To be able to put 2 things together you need design studio (DS) to hook your computer to your cricut it's not able to work otherwise ....... hope I'm reading your question correctly.

There are several good videos on YouTube. Just search for "plantin schoolbook end cap feature."

Thank you everyone, I haven't looked at this thread in a while or even tried end caps in a while, I am fiddling with it now and still don't get how to make a regular tag with a decorative bottom with no words in the middle. haha! Thanks

I don't think the End Caps feature will do that. Do you have Design Studio?
