MDS help

Can someone help me?

I purchased my first additional download, summertime splendor.

I pulled it up, clicked on "add as page layer", then the paper with the yellow/orange flower. Nothing came up.

So, I tried some of the other papers from that set, and they work perfectly.

What am I doing wrong?

Have you restarted your computer since you installed it? That's always a good thing to try. Quit everything, restart, open MDS, and try again.

If it still doesn't work, I would download it again (you don't have to pay for it again, just download it a second time), and re-install it, making sure that no other programs, especially MDS, are running on your computer while you install it.

Let me know if either of these work.

Thanks for your help.

I tried both of those things and they didn't work. I can download that page, but not as a page layer.

I'm going to try again as soon as it is quiet around here.

If that doesn't work I'll call DS
