Saw Susan Tierney Cockburn video on paper Gerbera flower where she dipped stamen in a powder pollen product, don't know what it is

It looks as if Elizabeth Craft Design, who certainly made her dies at one stage, had a product called pollen for using on stamens. But I can not find it on their website, so possibly it's discontinued. I found some here: https://www.paperwishes.com/products/4015532

It's possible that somewhere specialising in cake decorating supplies might have something similar. Just guessing, though.

The page even has a chart telling you which colors to use for certain flowers.

I also wonder if you could use Flower Soft. In a weak I moment bought a whole kit many years ago at an Archivers Expo in Minneapolis.

I have been waiting for something to inspire me to use again. This may be it.😀

You can make something similar by cutting a syrofoam ball in half and rubbing the halves together.

I’ve done that! It’s super easy and the styrofoam fluff can be dyed with re-inkers.

Interesting, and something I need to try now! I was given some flower dies but hadn't even thought to add faux pollen. The styrofoam and reinker trick sounds intriguing. I actually have a lot of strofoam (and reinkers) around.
