There are 12 new colors and they are priced at $4,99 each at Simon Says Stamp. That would make the total for 12 pads $59.88. Unfortunately, the free shipping is only applicable if you spend $70 or more.

You can purchase them at Creative Play Stamps and they are the same price. Their free shipping is on orders of $50 or more so you could do that and get them for under $60. Here is the link: Distress Inks by Tim Holtz :: Creative Play Stamps - Rubber Art Stamps

Scrapbooking Alley currently has these on sale for $3.94 per pad. That puts the total for 12 pads at $47.28; their free shipping doesn't kick in until $50, but if you add just 1 additional $3 item (a reinker, or some bling), you'd be over the free shipping amount. Or if you just want to pay the shipping, it would be $5.95 and your total would still be only $53.23.

Nuts! I'm sorry I didn't notice your location! I am thinking not, since shipping even to Alaska, Hawaii or military addresses is (to my mind) an outrageous $29.99 (if they ship thru the post office, none of those addresses costs any more to mail to than any other state).

Alaska and Hawaii are not the same cost as to any state, unless you mail first class, which these would not qualify for. Parcel and Priority Mail have different costs according to weight and mailing zone. Alaska and Hawaii go by zone 8, the costliest, wherever you mail from, in the rest of the US.

OP, have you ever gotten free shipping from a US vendor? The best way to find out is to check the shpping policies of those vendors you are interested in buying from. Or ask them.
