Long black handle ink dabber?

Who makes the long black handle ink dabber?

The black handle looks about 6" long and the ink dabbing part is square . I saw it on a video, but the person using it didn't say the brand name of it.
She was dabbing ink on an Spellbinders Impressibilities to do the letter press technique

Thanks!
Barbara

Are you thinking of Colorbox cat eye ink pads and the black handle thingy? Here's the link...

You can purchase different shape pads for the tool. I'm going to look for it at the Heirloom show in Allentown, PA this weekend. Want to see it in person and also trying to save shipping costs.

It says Colorbox on the handle and it's manufactured by Clearsnap.

Yup- that's the same- and the inks are powder soft and nice- it looks like she has an applicator sponge attachment, so they must have accessories.

That is the colorbox stylus tool. And it gets even better.......not only can you buy different shape tips for it, you can buy tips that are white which are regular foam rubber like a makeup sponge or you can buy the black tips and, get this, if you hold the black tip onto a 75watt light bulb for 1 minute or so and then you immediately press the black tip into an object (can be a rubber stamps) the black tip holds the impression of whatever you pushed it into and when you stamp, you get a an impression that is the shape of the black tip with a pattern - it's pretty cool. If you can ever get your hands on any of the colorbox videos (I got some on ebay) Magenta does tons of demos and you can do some really wonderful things with this little rascal :-)

QueenOfInkland......Gee you sound pumped about this product!! I want it for the ink sponging application. I have another product if I want to make my own stamp.

I'm looking forward to the Allentown show and hope to find the product! If not, since my local chain store don't carry it yet, I will go the internet route and just have to wait out the shipping time.

If it's made by clear-snap do you think SU will put it in there catalogue? considering they own that company.

The Gardners own Clearsnap, not SU. While some people consider that the same thing, I don't think it is. :) The only thing SU consistently carries by Clearsnap is their wheels. In fact, SU used to carry more Clearsnap products than they have since it was purchased by the G's. (just sayin') :)
