Ebosser jammed... anyone else?

So frustrated. Sent back my first Ebosser which jammed due to my own fault (wrong shims). My new Ebosser just jammed, and I was careful to follow the directions.

Anyone else have this problem?

Did you hold down the on/off button so it would reverse? Or use a rubber mallet on it on the other side? This has never happened to me I am just going thru what the instruction book said. I guess this post is a heads up to me to be very very careful. Good luck and let us know if you get it unstuck.

Mine has been good. I bought a rubber mallet just in case.....I think of it as insurance

It just seems so unbusinesslike to have to use a mallet on it, kwim?
But at least it works!

I haven't jammed mine but it did reverse once when it was alittle too tight! I will have to look around for a rubber mallet! LOL
