Default Really disappointed in Fiskars

I ordered the Christmas Ornament paper punch on the Fiskars website. The order was shipped but between FedEx and the Post Office it's been lost. I've left a couple message for Fiskars customer service because they are offline when I try to contact them and still haven't had any kind of response. Has anyone else had a similar problem? I used to think they were really good about this kind of thing.

Oh, no! I hate it when things get lost like that. I think they are still good when it comes to customer service...try not to lose heart. I imagine things are busy for them right now...

When you say you left messages...did you call their 800 number?

Try going online and leaving a message on the Contact Us sections. I had the best customer service with them and they were right on top of the issue and had it fixed immediately. Not sure what you mean when you say they are "offline".
Hope you can get it straightened out.

It sounds like Fed Ex is the culprit, not Fiskars.

Try to use the Contact Us as suggested. Many companies are now very busy and behind on responses back to customers. I myself am about 1 week behind on product issues where I work.

Ohhh me, too. Makes me love Mr. Brown that much more. All the FedEx delivery guys have been rude and kinda mean.

On the Fiskars web-site you can chat live with customer service. If they aren't available, you can leave a message. Unfortunately, today is the third day I've tried to reach them but still no response.

So sad.
