Default HELP SU order How to receive hostess?

Trying to place my first online order through my demo and not sure how to get my free hostess benefits since my order is in excess of $150?

Can anyone help?

Did you get it worked out??? There should be a prompt after you put all your items in, then click on continue, then it should tell you to add your hostess items for the total that you earned... and if you placed it last night before the end of SAB.... you should of been able to earn your SAB sets also... if you had problems, you should contact your demo, so she can make it right for you.... Good Luck...

I had the same problem. My demo (who I hadn't talked to before this) said it was because I was just on the regular SU site, I hadn't gone it through her "store". (I kept going in and out over several days to figure out what I wanted, so it was easier to go right to the SU site...)
I emailed her about the issue, let her know what hostess sets I wanted, and she was able to take care of it and have SU send them out to me without any problem.
Hopefully your demo can take care of it for you as well.

When you go to the main Stampin' UP! site, instead of through your Demo's business site, You need to choose your demo's name to get any hostess benefits and the preferred pricing. Good Luck Girls...
