You could get one of those sterilite shoeboxes or the like and a stepped spice rack and put the one inside the other and basically do the same thing!!!
I just thought about this, Ellen. I wonder if one of those "stepped" spice racks would also be an option for standing up punches in rows, Similar to the Sticker Stadium? The drawback, however, might be that there's no "lip" like the SS has . . . ????
As a matter of fact I did that until my collect got too large. The rack I have expands, so as your collection grows it can lengthen, but only so much. The punches I had at that time had a flat side so they stayed put. The ones with a lever would need something else or you could lay them flat. It was nice standing them up though because the design showed and it was easy to find and grab what you wanted.
I am reorganizing my stamp area ... and need a better way to store my punches. I had them all in iris cart drawers ... but it seems that I didn't use them very much since I couldn't just "grab" them and use them. What does you use to store your punches?
Thanks so much!
I use for my punches a Plastic Pencil box. I can store about 8 small punches. I have it with me on vacation I packed them in rolling cart.
I bought a "Set of 2 Roll-Up Organizational Craft Systems" from QVC. They are item number F0111. They cost $17.54 + s/h. They work perfect! They hang on my door and have different size pouches, and like everybody else says, if you see it , you will use it!! They also roll up for when you travel. I put all kinds of things in mine. Tubes of beads, ribbon, what ever you can imagine and it's all where you can see it.
I bought these too for my punch storage and I really like it. I have a small area to store all my supplies, so this over-the-door storage is perfect!
I used to have mine on spice shelves but they got to be a pain to dust and so I moved them to drawers by category (holiday, season, corners, borders, nature, etc.)
