Default Cosmic Shimmer Gilding Wax

Someone has recommended this product to use on cards...does anyone have experience with this? I have some old stuff, I don't even know who made it anymore, but it worked very much like the old "Rub and Buff", and always wanted to come off the card on my fingers, so I stopped using it. Does anyone know if this does the same thing? Anyone like it?

This is gilding wax on a black card base, embossed through a folder. Tried wiping my fingers over it- they were encouraging people to-and nothing came off. I think these products have developed a long way since the Rub n Buff.

I didn't write that very clearly, sorry. I saw it last November at a Craft show, and the stand I saw it on were encouraging people to try rubbing it! . Needless to say, they sold me pots of wax and the Embossing folders, lol.
