Good to know plus great customer service

I wanted to share this as I had not heard that this can happen. I got some Purple Tape from Honeybee Stamps Co. with some other things I ordered. Some of you already know this, but for those who don’t, the Purple Tape had some issues previously because it was too sticky- so they reformulated it. So that’s why I wanted to try the new formula. I use it for holding dies in place while going through the machine and for stencils. So I went to use it and it would not stick AT ALL! I tried over and over and thought, “ well I guess they removed too much sticky?” Since it was 8.00 for the narrower roll, I decided to contact the company. (I did tell Honeybee for an FYI, but did not expect them to do anything since they are not the manufacturer.)So I contacted Thermoweb via email and they asked if I had tried a few things and I told them yes. Here’s the informative part: they said it sounds like I got the tape that was at the end of the big roll so it had no stick. I never thought about that being possible - I figured they would catch that kind of thing. Anyway they said they’d send another roll. A few days later, I received 3 BIG, Wide, rolls!!!! I was so pleasantly surprised and thought that was a really cool way to handle it. I’m also very glad it works because I really wanted it to. I just thought I’d share in case that ever happens to anyone else. Also, as a reminder that it’s always good to let companies know if you are unhappy with their products. You have nothing to lose!

I try not to judge people/companies on a mistake. Mistakes are made all the time and by everyone. But it's how the mistake is handled that tells you all you need to know!

This sounds like they definitely stood behind their product and accepted possible issue in their production. Yay!
