Glow in the dark ink

I have these two prints that I thought would be fun to make some parts of the picture glow in the dark. What's the best way to go about doing this? My last experience with glow in the dark paint was this puff paint back in elementary school, but I would like the picture to still look fairly neat (and the glow in the dark parts to be not that noticeable) during the day. Any ideas?

I've seen glow in the dark glitter in the Martha section at Mike's.

You could also use glow in the dark paint (regular and fabric). I've seen it in the craft section at Walmart.
