Default Free cartridge offer...
I sent in the check for $7.95 back in November to get the 2 free cartridges. I never did receive the cartridges. Did any of you actually get them?

Hi,
Yes, I got mine a couple of months ago. I would suggest calling the ProvoCraft customer service number if you still haven't received yours. I think they've pretty well caught up with them all by now; at least the chatter about it on the Cricut boards has died down.

A girl I work with sent hers out the same day I did and hasn't gotten hers yet either. Bummer. I emailed them but if I don't hear back, I'll call. Thanks.

I haven't gotten mine either. I sent my check in December and it was cashed in January. I've sent e-mails and have had no response. I called, only to be put on hold and then disconnected without anyone ever coming back on the line.

Hopefully you'll have better luck than I have.

Just an FYI that emails to Provo Craft are rarely, if ever, answered. Calling their toll-free number is the best way to go. 877-7CRICUT
