PaddlePunch

Has anyone else bought this from Sizzix? I got one as a gift and am so disappointed. It doesn't work right and fell apart in about an hour. No one around here sells them, I would have to go at least an hour away to exchange it. I emailed Sizzix and it took them a while to get back to me and when they did it was flippant. Do you have one and what is your experience?

I haven't tried the paddlepunch but wanted to say that I have emailed sizzix with issues and have had the same response. Had a problem with my regular sizzix cutting sizzlets and their response was why don't you buy a sidekick. ridiculous! I feel for you!

Thanks Whitney. I was wondering if it was just me. My first email was very nice and my second one wasn't quite as nice. I told them I felt like they didn't even read what I had written and they didn't seem to care. Next one back from there still didn't address the fact that the thing doesn't even work.
