Does anyone have experience with exchanges with Altenew? I received this as a xmas gift, but I have been very ill and today was the first day I was able to try it out and the very first stamp appears to be have a petal sliced off. I watched their video and indeed that seems to be the case. My daughter sent me the receipt and I am very close to their 30 day mark. Then I read their policy and it states items must be in unopened packages and unused, well how would you know if it were defective unless you opened them? I did not use any of the others. I am disappointed and slightly sorry that I have another Altenew order in transit without first trying their stamps.

I did. I have been down with pneumonia for a month. at the hospital. at the doctor. and truly just have not been able to do anything but focus on breathing. I hope they are easy to work with.
I hope you feel much better soon, Lori. I haven't been overly impressed with Altenew's customer service, whether it's not answering questions clearly, or their phone hours being extremely brief with someone rarely answering. But I'd think they would help you out here, and a photo would be proof.
If Altenew doesn't help, and if your daughter paid with a credit card, she can dispute the charge, or even contact Altenew herself on your behalf.
I have to work two jobs so when I saw their customer service hours I thought that's a pretty good gig if you can get it. they said they would send another. I am spoiled with Amazon prime shipping everyone else seems like Foooooorrrreeeevver!
Dina, I saw the dr. again today he swears the pneumonia is cleared but I have inflammation in my lungs and this breathlessness and violent coughing and broken ribs could last 8 to 10 more weeks. I finally went back to work but I can barely do it. this has been a wild trip. I can honestly tell you I have never been so sick. I will never not get a flu and pneumonia shot. I always poo pooed them but if it will prevent this even a little I am in. my son is a critical care nurse and there are so so many deaths from pneumonia and I always thought how can that be it's the 21st century well now I know.

Glad you're feeling better, Lori. And great to hear that Altenew will replace your defective stamp. I love so much of their stuff, and they'd been pushing strong customer service right around the holidays, which makes me especially happy they made this good for you.
