Default What are they and how do you use them?

I have seen cards done with the peerless watercolors and it has me curious. I saw them in the Gina K store and it says they are sheets of transparent color. Could someone tell me how to use them or tell me where to find a tutorial.
Thank you in advance.

They are very cool....they are sheets of water colour pigment that come in a booklet form. You can either use the colour right off the sheet or cut a small piece of the pigment off and dilute it in water.

I just use mine with my water pen directly on the pigment.

You just use them as you would any watercolor.
