I was just on there site and putting together an order for copics. I had a combo of Sketch and Ciao. There was over $50 in the sketch to get the free shipping. When I checked the shipping to make sure it was coming up free,it was giving me a total for shipping not saying free.:confused: Does anyone know if it comes off when you complete the order or do they take it off before they charge your credit card? I have never ordered from them before. I usually order from Oozak,but since they are sold out of alot of the colors I want I am going with Carpe Diem. Hoping they are as good as Oozak has been for me in the past.
As far as I know carpediem only had free shipping for a short period of time (last week??)...I have never ordered from them before because the shipping always came up at $12 for even 1 marker!

Dang! I've never gotten the free shipping deal (only ordered twice though). Both orders were sizable and I didn't mind the $12 P&H. I've been very happy with how quickly both orders were shipped and sitting on my doorstep, though ...

I have had spectacular service from Carpe Diem. I really don't mind paying for the shipping since it is shipped FedEx and I get my orders within 2 days.
I won't order from Oozak... it is just ridiculous to go to their website and find most of their selection constantly out of stock. :(
My shipping was only 10.00 and my order was still cheaper than oozak, even with the 'higher' shipping...will always order from cd, actually got my order in two days of placing it. can't ask for better service..
Just checked again, shipping is still as low as $10.00 and free shipping is still offered and there is a note regarding free shipping that says "after placing order, please allow customer service to adjust for free shipping" or something to that effect.
When I ordered, I got an invoice showing the shipping charge on email, but it was removed on my order page on their website after a day or less (not right away)...
I thought it was only a short time for the free shipping, though. If you order a LOT of other stuff there may be shipping charges, but I only ordered markers (not all Sketch) and it was free.

It looks like the free shipping is still being offered, my order was not $50.00 so I did pay $10.00/sh, but I must say my order was still priced lower than anyone else. I was very happy.
I love them!! They have so many other supplies that I buy anyway, and almost all the copics are in stock...so it's easy to get to the free shipping amt. Plus the freebies are so nice.

I may have to break down and order from CD the markers that I want that are OOS at oozak.
But my CD orders take a week to get to me once they ship which also generally takes a few days. I get my orders from oozak.com in two days and they generally ship the next day. So oozak.com is MUCH faster for me.
However, I don't want to have to pay the $4.87 per marker, so if oozak.com doesn't get them in stock before March 1, I'll just have to deal with the week long delay. :rolleyes:
