Dupes for the new In Colors?

I am curious if anyone has figured out some dupes for the new In Colors. I haven't been able to see them in person yet but I am sure a lot of you have played :)
Any suggestions?

dupes?

Sorry, slang for duplicates. Similar color. I may already have a color like the new in colors - maybe - probably not but maybe :)

As far as SU...

Riding Hood can be faked with Ruby Red and/or Pomegranate on small pieces but hold two sheets together and they are not the same!

Pink Pirouette is just paler than Pretty in Pink...

The rest really aren't just like any other color of SU stock.

if you have any color chart from SU and a large craft store,
they may have something similar to compare color chart with.There are many solid color paper companies like worldwin, bazill, the paper company;
they just need to be compared in the store with a color chart. I still prefer
buying the assorted set from SU and checking out the many co-ordinated color combos on this site and gallery

I wonder if SU's pink is anything like PTI's Sweet Blush. Also the Riding Hood Red might be like PTI's Pure Poppy, but I've only seen pictures of the SU colors.

I am going to order the small snowflakes so I guess I will see what colors I have to match when those come in. I am also wondering about PTI's mist color.

Really upsets me that they have these "in" colors. They get you hooked and you buy, then they discontinue. I got stung the first year. Still had the inkpads and reinkers, but no paper.

Have not bought any of them since, nor will I.

My question re the In Colors is WHY don't they do the markers with them??

With respect to inks, I own Memento's "Pear Tart" and found it to be very similar to Kiwi.

I dunno if this'll help.. Nichole of Papertrey Ink has comparison photos of her paper and SU!. I don't have any SU! paper so this may not be the new in colors. This is her blog and you'll have to scroll down to see the pictures.. HTH! May God bless, Sandi

Kiwi Kiss is similar to Old Olive, but a little lighter in color, in my opinion.

Baja Breeze doesn't have a similar SU color that I'm aware of.

I think they don't produce the markers in the In Colors because they are only out for a year. It would probably cost them too much in production expenses. I'm not sure, just speculating.

You can use the re-inkers and a blender pen if you're wanting to color in an image.

Very, very, very close match in my opinion. I don't have the Pure Poppy color, but I think it's more like Real Red.
