I was looking at them at specialty bottle as well but since I don't need that many I thought there shipping price was high. Has anyone found these tins elsewhere for a good price and reasonable shipping?

specialtybottle and PTI are the best places I have found, and I have been looking for the past year. PTI are $2 each, but they have either flat rate shipping or free shipping if you spend $50. Specialtybottle is cheaper per tin, but their shipping is more expensive. I found that if I am just buying tins, specialtybottle is cheaper, especially if I am buying larger quantities. An order of 5 tins from specialtybottle would cost me abut $13, but it would cost me $15.50 through PTI. The difference is even bigger the more you order. 25 would cost $50(free shipping) thought PTI, versus $41(with shipping) through specialtybottle. But, since I order from PTI every month, adding a few tins to my order makes them cheaper, since I always order enough to get free shipping. But I haven't found them cheaper than those two places.

Check the member companies here. I know some of them sell the tins at the same price listed above and also offer free shipping deals. Plus, they support the site!

I love speciality bottle as well. I have ordered from them several times. Their shipping is not the quickest to where I live, but it is just part of ordering online. Their prices are definitely the cheapest.

I think specialty bottle read this thread and raised their prices! They went from .98 a tin to 1.08 and the shipping is now higher too! Maybe the key is to purchase from them off season.
