Does anyone have a Bind-It_All?
Does anyone have a bind it all? I was interested in one and wanted to know what anyone thought of it. Is it easy to use? Is it easy to find the products for it? I would love to make my own books and tablets. Tell me any info you know...Thanks:)

bind it all
I did own one for awhile but sold it...it has metal coils, and I had the worst time trying to get them to close in a round shape and figure out how many punches would fit the project....
I bought a rubi coil...it is more expensive up front but the coils are sooo much cheaper and easier to use..you can't cut through thick chip board but I cut through cereal boxes and cover it with paper so it works out and I bind everything!!! catalogs, instruction manuals, I make my own note pads etc... |
I love my Bind-it-all
I love being able to use anything and make my own books! |
I got one. Never used it. Be sure you will really use it a lot!

I have never heard of a rubi coil. I might check that out too. We are having a stamp convention close by in about a month and want to know what I want in case they are being sold there.

Yep I do. I still am figuring it out. Check my gallery out and see the desk organizer i made with it.

I received my new (pink, v2 BIA) yesterday. The new featurs are awesome. It comes with a how to DVD and book. It is easy to use, and even though I had the first one they made, I'll be gifting it at Christmas.
The new machines are just too cool! Use scrap materials if you're having problems .. practice makes perfect. |
bind it all
the best price is on laminator warehouse and free shipping...for the rubi coil

I've used a friend's BIA many times, and will be getting my own for my B'day next month. I, also (insert blush), have a Rubicoil. I like them both for different reasons. Have fun binding!

It's on my list. I have so many things I want to try with it. I have a friend who has one and has never used it, so do make sure you know you will use it.

i made myself a planner for school. and another notebook. and an address book.. i'm probably going to make books at christmas. i have the blue one, and probably won't upgrade quite yet. i got it at the end of june/beginning of july. so i can't justify the cost of the new one. |
I bought one
after reading all the raves and talk about how easy it was to use. Even with detailed directions, I still cannot get the holes right. I either have an odd amount at each end left over, or on the holes that are overpunched, mine is off a tad which makes those holes bigger and "off". I don't doubt that it is easy as evidenced by all the projects posted.....I just can't get it.

I bought one last year and have only used it a few times.... I am sure someday I will break it out and play with it again!

Ms. Rhetta....where did you get the new Pink BIA from???
The place I ordered from is not going to get them for at least a month! Just curious! |
Ms. Rhetta where did you get the bia in pink? And what are the new features?

LOVE mine too!
mini scrapbooks, tag books. Circular mini albums. I also use the hole punch as a decorative edge punch, and have also used the whole punches to thread ribbon and floss through. http://photos2.meetupstatic.com/phot...t_5574952.jpeg Karen S |
I have one and love mine :). It may prove helpful to make yourself a template for punching the holes to get them evenly distributed until you get the hang of punching the holes. To make a template, cut a piece of cardstock or file folder to the size of the cover or pages that you are punching. Mark a center line down the middle of your cover and line that up with the arrow in the center of the machine and punch your first set of holes. Move the slider on the side of the machine to the 'B' position and hook the next to the last hole onto the extension and punch again. Repeat until you have punched the number of holes that you need. Then flip your cover over and do the same thing on the other side. I believe the website - 'Zutter Sisters' has several videos on it, or easy to follow instructions at the very least. Hope that helps.
