Are brillance stamp pads fast drying.if not who has a mettalic ink pad that is.
I am looking for a fastd rying metallic ink pad.with lots of fun colors.I love the metallic look without all the mess.so a nice and quick stamp once in the ink ad would be nice.
Does anyone own brillance and do you use them very often.for stampin.do they dry fast.
where is the cheapest place to buy them that sells lots of colors.

I would not say they're fast drying, but if you hit them with a heat gun it isn't bad. I've had problems with the Encore metallic pads. Unless they're embossed, they'll smear on you weeks later... they never dry!
I've had good luck with the Brilliance pads. I just stamped on vellum last night, and it was dry in about 5 minutes, no smearing. It is also permanent if you heat set it, which is great for watercoloring.

Ditto on the Brilliance being the best! I got a few of the smaller pads at Archivers, just to try them out. They are great! I agree, about 5 minutes dry time... not bad for a pigment ink, in my opinion!
