I need a part

Hi. I hope this is getting to the correct place. I have a Cricut Expression Model CREX001. The Size switch Wheel doesn't work. The board is part #U2ENCODER or E252800. Both of these numbers are on the board we removed. Can anyone help me find a replacement?

Tututmama I have a model CREX001 that won't 'boot up' anymore and has been replaced by an Explore2. It is waiting to go to the electronics waste dump. I can try and get the boards out for you if you want. Let me know.

My husband has an electronic repair shop and has tried getting replacement parts from Provo Craft for their machines and was told they are not available for purchase. Have you brought your machine to a repair shop? He has fixed several machines though, have you tried bringing it in to a repair shop in your area? There are parts out there, not made by PC, that can be used.
