Leigh O'Brien made this waaay cute card:

How did she do her ovals? I want to make little taglets like that!!!

That is cute. Just guessing, but I'll bet she used CM's cutting system to make the matching ovals. I have one since I'm a CM scrapbooker (but totally SU stamper!!) and I think it's fab.

I too like the ovals and have considered getting the Coluzzle just for those. Any other better ideas than CM?

I would say the CM over the Coluzzle. You can get close mats like that.

Quickutz has nameplate (KS-0276) that looks just like that.
