Default Dazzling Diamonds vs. Irredescent Ice EP

Do you need both of these? How is using the DP different than using Heat & Stick with Dazzling Diamonds?

Thanks!

They are different, but I don't know that you need both. Using DD with Heat and Stick will give you a very sparkly look. Irredescent Ice is not as sparkly and has more of a rainbow look to it. I prefer the look of the DD, but sometimes I get lazy and just use the Ir.Ice. HTH

I was wondering this same thing, so I broke down and bought the Irredescent Ice EP. The Dz Diamonds gives the project a more sparkly look than the EP. I guess it would depend on what kind of look you were going for on the project. I find myself reaching for the Dz Diamonds more often.
