it doesn't work for all techniques. don't use alcohol ink with the glossy photo paper. It will melt the top layer and it will goop up on you! this is know from experience! lol

Ewww! Thanks for letting us know! I don't use alcohol inks, but sometimes use rubbing alcohol for some of the techniques. I'll be sure not to try it!
I've used glossy photo paper with good success. I was using up pieces left over from printing a 5 x 7 paper and didn't want to waste it. I'm not sure I would use it regularly as a glossy surface. I used SU inks. It does take a bit to dry (found that out the hard way! ).

At AC Moore I have found glossy white paper in with the 12 x 12 individual sheets. Look at the upc/decription to make sure it is glossy. You will be able to tell by the feel as well. It is great to experiment with until orders come in from SU or online.

Alice, I bought a pkg of glossy paper, 150 sheets, 32 pound, 8 1/2 x 11, made by Xerox at Staples or Office Depot. It works great for all my craft projects and is says it's great for all color printing.
