Default trouble with Big Shot PRO
My friend is curious to know if any of you gals out there have had trouble with their BSP...she is on her 2nd one and is having trouble with the roller..she said both times it made a loud popping sound and then it's like the roller separates or something..she is wondering if she should just get a refund or if she got 2 lemons..thing is the first she got from JoAnne's and the second Sizzix replaced...anyone???? thanks..

I have the blue one and use it with the standard accessories and with the extended accessories (the long ones needed for the 25" dies). I haven't had any problems, and I tend to cut 25-50 items at a time for classes.

I'm so sorry your friend has been having troubles. I love my BSP and would be very disappointed if it didn't work properly.
