If you have a scalloped tag punch you can make a handbag. Cut off the top scalloped part of the tag, trim the remaining part of the tag to the relevant size. Turn the scalloped bit upside down and attach on top of the remaining part - that makes the flap for the bag. Use a small punched flower, Prima or rhinestone to cover up the tag hole. This looks very nice used with contrasting colours and/or patterned papers.
