Question Coloring w/ Rubbing Alcohol?

Please help me before I go insane. I was searching SCS looking through threads this past weekend and came across one that I didn't save. So, it was a thread about coloring w/ rubbing alcohol and the poster had links to her blog w/ side by side examples....water in an aquabrush vs rubbing alcohol in an aquabrush. I've tried to search using the phrase "rubbing alcohol" in the search engine w/ not much luck. I've tried going through the blogs I have bookmarked and haven't had much luck there either.

Thanks in Advance
