Does Big Kick do this?

I'm sure this info is somewhere, but I can't find it. Trying to decide on one of these babies. Does the Big Kick emboss? Can you use those Fiskars embossing plates (which I have 24 of)!!

Yup - works wonderfully!! but you DO need to get a BISK or the Texturz kit from ellisondesign or sizzix... HTH!! have started loving my brass templates again!! and works great with the fiskars templates!

Have you looked at costco.com - it is 76.99 with shipping/handling included... that's where I got mine - if you're not a member there is a 5% mark-up but still was the best deal around... HTH!!

I don't know if anyone other than Sizzix.com offers the Texturz kit, but I ordered my BISK from allthatscraps.com. I've seen the BISK on other websites, too. No matter where you look, it's going to be about $19.99 (assuming it's in stock ;) ).

I agree with yytx that getting the Big Kick machine itself from costco.com is a much better deal than ordering it from Sizzix.com.

The Big Kick also does a fantastic job of embossing with the Cuttlebug embossing folders. Just so ya know.

Sizzix has just added a bunch of extra stuff to the Big Kick starter package. I'd check it out and do the math to see what a deal it is and then compare it to Costco deal..

My friend and I did that. The difference in price between Sizzix.com and Costco.com is about $53.00. If you're not a Costco member and have to pay the additional 5%, the difference is about $49.00. The extras in the Sizzix.com "Introductory Kit #4" package added up to about $37.00 worth of products, $14.00 of which was just two pads of cardstock already cut to smaller sizes.
