Crystal Effects
Is Crystal Effects sold in Michael's or Hobby Lobby or is it exclusive to SU? I want to decorate some of those fruit cups and don't have time to order any CE. Is there a substitue for CE?

There are a few subs out there....one of them is called Diamond Glaze. Not sure what other names are out there, but I DO know that there are a few subs out there.

Aleene's Paper Glaze (the same company that makes Tacky glue) is the same stuff. I got it at Michael's many years ago. Also, I believe there is a product called Diamond Glaze that is the same.
Also CTMH has Liquid Glass and Stampendous has Dimensional Magic. All these products are essentially the same thing :)
Well, do y'all think Tacky Glue would work just to make a sample until I get some CE? I have two bottles of Tacky Glue - because I'm a dunderhead and bought some thinking I didn't have any....
No, she was saying that the same company that makes Tacky Glue makes the Paper Glaze. I think the glue would be too cloudy over your image.
Again, I'm a dunderhead. I was asking about CE/Tacky Glud to glue the bottom of the tin back on (after emptying the fruit and putting in CHOCOLATE). I was going to used ModgePodge for putting on the cardstock.
I use Inksentials Glossy accents. I get it at ACM's for 5.00 (but you can use a coupon if you have one). That stuff is great! I tried the Aleene's kind and did not like it. HTH

I don't think Tacky Glue will hold strong enough to adhere the bottom. You need something really strong because there is very little surface area involved.
Hot glue works.
Ranger Glossy Accents, you should find it readily at Michaels, AC Moore, Hobby Lobby.
I used mini glue dots for mine, they worked great.
Super glue will work to put the lid back on although some people worry about the toxicity around the chocolate.
