Default Help finding eyelets

Hi to all. I am new to this site as far as posts are concerned, but I need your help please!!!!
I have searched and searched for a specific eyelet and I am not finding it. The eyelet its self needs to be a 1/8th eyelet, but the stem that is set needs to be longer than a typical eyelet. I am using then for a book binding project that I saw on the DIY network. If you know of a place on line or a store where I can find them, I would greatly appreciate the heads up. Thanks so much. Kayt

Don't think I've seen eyelets with long stems on them. Maybe check for eyelets in the sewing sections since fabric is thicker than paper when layered. I've used them to make daypacks to string shoestrings through.
You might also want to check out grommets, they usually have longer prongs on them. Good luck...

Thanks for your suggestion. I didn't think to look in the sewing section, that makes lots of sense.

You may want to try www.eyeletoutlet.com and see if they have what you need.
