Here is a pic of a flower I cut with my new expression ;) The dial size was set to 7.5, and I could've gone bigger because I still had paper leftover. That big puppy is AMAZING!!
Oh Myrna, that is great have you tried TBBM yet? I want to know what size the largest purse you can cut is? I can tell you having one is not going to be good for my pocket book. It looks like fun.
The purse with the round handles. You might need the 12X24 mat to make a large one but just see how big of one you can cut on a 8.5x11 sheet of paper. dont waste any good paper. just plain old printer paer is okay. I would put the short side to the end because the cut was longer rather than shorter. BLAHBLAHBLAH.....

First "real" day of Summer break here and two of my kids got up at 6:45. I guess there goes my thought of sleeping until 8!! I cricuted a bit last night but never finished the projects. My mom and sis get here on Saturday and we plan on scrapbooking all next week. I should have lots to share then!!

My ds woke at 9am when dh called to see what was going on... told him thanks for waking up the kids... he was like 'whatever!' lol!!!
my dd woke up at 10am... I will be so happy is this lasts all summer, but I think they are still in "have to get up for bus" mode and it won't last once their bodies realize they don't "have" to get up... so they will "want" to get up early to play... :-D
I wish we had an AC Moore near here. I have a few friends who want a Cricut, too. Have I told you that I have enabled 7 people to buy the Cricut? I should be getting some sort of commission. Just kidding. I'm happy to share the word. It is very awesome!!!

the walmart here that has the clearance carts has the cricut for $150.00
just some info... so, I think that it will be coming down in price....
ok, can I ask when the kids start school, our aren't out for 3 1/2 more weeks

We start the first week day after Labor Day, which was Sept 5th this last year and we were supposed to be done June 1st, but had to make up a snow day and we were done June 4th... we have 2 days off in Oct, 2 days in Nov for Thanksgiving a week in December for Christmas and then the end of Jan usually a day off for teacher inservice (report cards/parent teacher meetings), nothing off in February (a long month), then 2 days in March for Easter (good friday & Easter monday), usually a day off in April for building maintenance (I know, how stupid is that), and then May we have off for Memorial day and then out usually the first Friday in June... just to give you an idea...
Some of the other schools around here don't get out until June 8th, but they had a week off around Easter for Spring Break... but we are a farming community and the earlier the kids get out the better it is for them to help with planting the crops and helping on the farms....
sorry to go on babbling... guess it really is time for bed, huh??? ;)
and see I don't like them, I don't scrap in order very oftern and find them to hard to work with for moving pages around!

I just take them apart and scrap my pages and put them in one of the boxes until I am done (granted I am very behind right now, but I did get my dd's 1st year done) and then put them onto the straps for the book in whatever order I want...

oh my. My DH was checking around for good cart prices. Our anniversary is this week & then I have a Bday in 2 weeks. The big 30(shhh... don't tell anyone). He found really good prices on amazon. He said they were cheaper then ebay & better then spending gas money to hit michaels or ac moore
and see I don't like them, I don't scrap in order very oftern and find them to hard to work with for moving pages around!

I don't scrap in order either and don't worry about moving the pages around ... that chronological order stuff just doesn't bother me. I do know have to move the pages around but, it's just not important for them to be in order.
If anyone would like to be added that is not on it please PM me. I have not added anyone in about 2 months and I have not had any requests either. I will eventually add the birthdays but I would also like to add new addresses first.

Heard its available to purchase form Cricut.com on line as of the 1st.

I think your kids have a little more school than mine. I think you have 2 extra weeks of vacation. So I think your kids might have 4-5 days more than ours, but that dosnt stop the politicians and teachers unions from wanting school year round.

Lots of places have the Expression available now. I think you can even get it from a few places for $349 with free shipping.

My Cricut hasn't been used for a couple of weeks and is really missing me. I have an idea for a card featuring butterflies, so WIMG has been calling to me!
Can you believe I finally have a project to share?????? I haven't used my little bug in a long time!!!! It's just a little mini book that I am going to use to jot down random ideas when they pop into my head. That always happens. I think of something and then have nothing to write it down on! Then I forget later on what the idea was!!! Thanks for looking!
