Last night I stayed up and finished preparing the pages to take to my swarm. I have at least 75 ready to put together. I welded EVERY title with the DS software so it won't take me as long to put those on.
Hope you all have a great day. The baby woke me up at 5:45 so I just decided to get up. I normally get to sleep until a little bit past 7.

I'm going to get it from her too - The only place that has it around here is Michaels - they just got it in and you don't want to even guess the price.... $119!!! Rediculous!
Did you know you can go to Walmart.com and have them ship for free to a store near you. I'm pretty sure that would count on the rebate, too!!
Also, if you live in Utah Robert's has a great buy one get one free mail in coupon. You can pick Doodletype or Cuttin Up for free when you buy one of their carts for $59-69. I think that is the best deal I've seen!!

I have a question about the name tag for Saturday. How big is it supposed to be? Is it supposed to be like a regular name badge size (2.5x3.5) or is it something to place on the table that everyone would see from a distance? I think I am working on the wrong thing.

It's anything you want!! I'm wearing mine and it is going to be about 4 1/2 inches by 5 inches. It is HUGE!!! But sooo totally cute!! Vote for me! Just kidding!! Last time everyone was wearing theres, too, but we won't be that picky.
Wow...saw this on a message board...looks interesting! It would be so cool to be able to cut from the fonts on my computer! But I am scared to try it..,
I read some posts on 2Peas...also on a yahoo group...and people have had it work! I think I am on the fence for now. We have not had good luck with computers this year (our "new" 2 week old Dell crashed with ALL of our data on it! UGH!, now I have a nice Sony laptop). I think DH might "crash" me if I downloaded something and it slowed this baby up. ;)

Hopefully PC won't be too far behind with an update for CDS that will do this too!!

Yup, some girls on 2Peas as well as my yahoo Cricut groups have tried it...and it worked! Of course, some peeps had technical issues but I think that is related to anything new...you have to have the latest firmware release and some had not done that...etc...etc...
I am excited about it as well!! Can't wait to see what is on the horizon!!
I'd be very careful with that download. There is one person I know of where it messed up her usb port. I wouldn't mess with anything that is not specifically made by PC for my bug. I'm just not willing to take the chance. Plus it will void your warranty if something goes wrong because of it.
Well Fed Ex reports my package was left at my garage..Odd since I was home at the time, but no package to be found maybe one of my neighbors will call me in the morning..I share a driveway with 4 other homes so he might have went to the wrong house...I reported its missing so hopefully I will hear from someone tomorrow and it will make its way home:(....I was so looking forward to getting it today

Kathy I hope they find yours. I have had that happen once but it turns out the fed ex guy put the pkg in between the screen and door of a door we never use. But when I called to ask about it, he said he left it on the back step. Stuck inside the screen door is hardly 'on the step'.

I have a new question. Does anyone have the sell-a-bration So Many Scallops set? I was wondering if we could use one of the scalloped circles (I think that there are a couple of cartridges that have them now) from Cricut instead of having to buy another punch.

Once again another morning to sleep in lost because the FED EX guy called to let me know my package was delivered somewhere else....I already knew that....
And my check has cleared....He thinks he left it at my neighbors, but It wasnt there I drove over this morning....But I called my neighbor and he said he'll be home in a couple of hours to let me know if someone in his house moved it...If not I get to call the fed ex guy and say sorry but you are going to have to come all this way and find it because no one else can...but they did say I could file a claim...?...Are you thinking what I am thinking...

The same thing happened to me with a Creative Memories order. My CM rep was great and she had CM resend the order and CM dealt with UPS. So, maybe you won't have to be the one filing the claim. Good luck!

My check hasn't cleared--it's been one month yesterday. Hoping for it to clear soon--then I'll know it's on its way! I don't feel like I can buy any new ones until I get the free one--which I hope is TBBM!

you see in my little brain I was wondering if you file a claim for the 14.94 + the 99.00 that PC charges for a cart..then couldnt I get 2 carts of my choice... Thats why it might be worth it for me to file a claim...KWIM:rolleyes: :mrgreen:
Girls, I officially sold my baby bug!!! There was a guy on the Cricut MB who created the Jig who was interested in buying it. I sold it for $75 without a cartridge. I figure I will be able to get two carts with it because of the Robert's special. I just need to decide which one I want besides Doodletype that I will get for free. Any suggestions?? I think I own most of the new ones but not all of them. What about Learning Curve?? Or how about Joys of the Season. I have CC and use it quite a bit. Maybe I will get a Disney one. Hmmmmmmmm. So many decisions!!

I will have my "Learning Curve" on Saturday (Tomorrow YEAH!!) if you want to play. I am using it to make my nametag, which I started over.
I have been making name vinyl name things for the walls in my SIL new home for my niece and nephew....I finally got one cut out today...so I thought'ld I'ld sahre you have to look close becasue I am dumb and didnt take the picture until after I put the transfer paper on it. I used the Mickey Carts to make this.....It says isaac and has the plane on it
Okay, My cart came I know it wasnt the first one on my list but I think it was 2-4, going Places was first I shoul dhave copied the form, but I got Stamped....now TBBM was last on my list because it was the one I owned.
I believe Paper Pups and base camp were listed before Stamped but I really dont know....My neighbor dropped it off today...
Here is the other name vinyl I made and yes I only have the OBug so it is the one I use.....sadly I need some brown vinyl to make hair so the crown can be yellow.....I used opposites Attract and the software to merge letters and Paper dolls

I am keeping mine because I can use it for the smaller stuff. The mats aren't as expensive, and I have plenty of them.
