Default Top Note Die Problem?

I am calling demo support Monday, but I was curious if anyone else had a problem with their Top Note die from this new batch? I have one area that does not perforate. It is about an inch long. I tried putting a shim in my CB, although I don't feel that I should have to, but that still doesn't make the perforation. Anyone else having problems?

Sorry you got a bad one! Mine is working just fine but it arrived about a week and a half ago.

It sounds like you might have a bad die, but needing to use shims is not in itself indicative of a defect -- if that were true, then the crease pad wouldn't be packaged with a pair of them. ;)

Im having the same EXACT problem using this die and my CB. I also added a bit of cardboard but it didnt help me either. I need to call DS too...
